Thulisa Bianca Sosibo established TBS Project Solutions & Skills Development to address a critical gap in South Africa’s skills ecosystem: the need for strategic, results-oriented workforce transformation delivering measurable business outcomes alongside genuine social impact.
With over nine years of progressive leadership across JSE-listed companies and high-growth enterprises, she brings operational insight combined with certification as a Skills Development Facilitator and SETA Practitioner (ETDP, Services, MICT). As a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and PRINCE2 Practitioner, she has led multimillion-Rand SETA-funded initiatives with a 98% project completion rate and generated over R5 million in revenue through sustained partnerships.
Her work spans digital learning architecture, Lean optimisation, and full SETA compliance frameworks — enabling TBS to serve as both strategic adviser and implementation partner for blue-chip clients including McDonald’s, Deloitte, and OUTsurance.
